Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Move Forward Counseling, LLC and Heartwell Therapy, LLC
Charlotte has led marketing, business development, digital advertising, sales, communications, event planning, and community engagement roles for several nonprofits:
-Community Action Association of PA (CAAP)
-Mental Health America (MHA) of Lancaster County
-Suicide Prevention Coalition of Lancaster County
-PA Guild of Craftsmen
She also leads these roles as a CMO - on the giving side - supporting the missions of nonprofits across Pennsylvania by making the sponsorship donation decisions at for-profit businesses (Move Forward Counseling, LLC and Heartwell Therapy, LLC) since 2022. Charlotte is passionate about making human services more accessible to people struggling and facing challenges alone, and she is honored to bring her experience serving not only South-Central PA, but the entire state of Pennsylvania to the HOMW board to help support its mission.
Outside of HOMW, Charlotte currently serves as the Fundraising & Development Board Chair of Lancaster County Women for Good (LCWG), is 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certified, and is WSET Level 3 with Merit Certified in wine education. She enjoys yoga, reading, golf, and travel for good food, exploring nature & history, beautiful waterfronts, and skiing.
