Insurance
Heart of the Matter Wellness does not accept insurance payments. Financial assistance is available for all services and reduced rates are considered for anyone in need.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, venmo and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
